The show examines nostalgia as a cultural phenomenon focusing on the home as a space which anchors generations of memories and stories, despite sometimes being precarious spaces. Feelings of nostalgia can prompt dialogues building community within culture. Idioms are an example of a trope within culture often rooted in folklore to elicit meaning figuratively and poetically.
